Key duties
- Deliver helpful, high-quality service to improve the shopping experience for every customer.
- Stay visible on the shop floor, assist with enquiries, and respond quickly to concerns or complaints.
- Keep shelves and displays replenished, with extra attention on essentials and fresh food.
- Check stock quality, rotate products correctly, and maintain strong presentation standards.
- Work closely with the team to support day-to-day store activities and keep operations running efficiently.
- Help maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organised store environment.
- Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and complete work in line with company rules and legal obligations.
