About the Role
Panera Bread is looking for a Restaurant Team Member in Plymouth, MI who can help create a welcoming bakery-cafe experience. In this role, you’ll be one of the key faces guests interact with, helping deliver friendly service, quality food, and a warm atmosphere that supports the brand’s community-focused approach.
What You’ll Do
- Work in the assigned bakery-cafe station, which may include production, prep, service, cashiering, expo, drive-thru, barista duties, guest experience support, quality control, or related areas.
- Welcome each guest with a friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm.
- Prepare salads, soups, and sandwiches carefully, accurately, and efficiently using fresh ingredients.
- Support guests across the entry area, register, and dining space as needed.
- Help keep the cafe clean, safe, and pleasant by following sanitation and food-safety procedures.
- Stay aware of shifting daily priorities and respond positively to changing needs.
- Contribute to team operations by stocking, cleaning, and helping prepare for the next shift.
