Role Overview

This full-time, on-site restaurant role is based at Store 2727077Q, 117 Ready Mix Rd, Wytheville, Virginia 24382. The shift pattern for this position covers days and evenings.

What You'll Do

• Deliver quick, friendly, and attentive service to every guest.
• Keep the restaurant tidy through routine cleaning and general housekeeping.
• Prepare and serve menu items while following brand standards, company procedures, and health department rules.
• Help maintain product quality, food safety, and smooth day-to-day operations.
• Track cash handling, sales, and inventory accurately.
• Comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements.
• Record incident reports promptly in line with the company’s 5-minute rule.
• Work in line with the company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, and Play to Win.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Strong communication abilities.
• Comfort working as part of a team or independently when needed.
• Honest, dependable, and committed to following through on responsibilities.
• Positive attitude and a results-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a hands-on environment with frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, standing, and walking.
• Ability to climb and descend ladders occasionally.
• Comfort with hot and cold environments and with equipment such as fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp tools, and noisy surroundings.
• Ability to use hands throughout the shift for reaching, grasping, and handling items, including overhead reach.
• Capacity to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally, including lifting from the floor to overhead.
