Role Overview
This position is for an experienced team leader who will guide the local Restaurant Listing team in Germany. The role carries significant ownership across team management, menu creation and editing workflows, and project work that improves how merchants are represented on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the local restaurant listing team while setting clear workflows and making sure the team has the support needed to perform well.
- Own the full menu creation and editing process, ensuring merchant onboarding is completed quickly and in line with service-level expectations, while preserving visual quality and accurate data.
- Monitor and improve performance metrics tied to team output and merchant engagement by collaborating across functions to strengthen how content performs on the platform.
- Serve as the market owner for compliance, making sure all listings meet EU LMIV requirements and that compliance standards remain consistently strong.
- Take charge of process-improvement initiatives that raise efficiency and quality across menu management and onboarding, including automation and feedback-loop enhancements.
- Partner closely with Account Management, Sales, Onboarding, Vendor Management, and Product teams to deliver the strongest possible merchant offering.
What You Bring
- Demonstrated background in operations, content management, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven leadership experience, including the ability to manage, encourage, and develop teams in a high-paced setting.
- Strong organizational discipline and time management, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of food information rules, especially EU LMIV standards.
- Strong appreciation for digital presentation quality and user experience in menu display.
- Ability to lead projects and introduce automations, including tools such as Monday.com boards, to improve operational efficiency.
- Analytical capability with experience using Google Sheets, Looker, or similar BI tools to review performance and turn data into action.
