Role Details

• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour
• Overnight shifts receive an additional $2.00/hour premium for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
• Location: Center Valley, PA
• Employment Options: Full-time and Part-time available.

Create Amazing Food

• Prepare menu items according to Wonder's standards, maintaining clean, stocked, and organized workstations.
• Adhere strictly to HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including temperature control and proper storage.
• Manage inventory scanning, ensure accurate portioning, and verify order correctness before dispatch.

Deliver Incredible Hospitality

• Warmly greet guests and provide assistance with orders, pickups, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Educate guests about our culinary concepts, support meal-kit and delivery operations, and ensure accurate dispatch.
• Engage in local marketing initiatives, such as distributing flyers and direct customer interaction.

Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best

• Uphold high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in both kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash, clean, and restock cookware, utensils, and equipment throughout your shift.
• Manage trash and recycling responsibly and promptly report any equipment malfunctions.

Be a Key Part of the Team

• Collaborate with and support teammates, stepping in wherever needed to maintain a positive and energetic work environment.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic atmosphere where mutual support and leadership development are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to work with speed, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, clear verbal communication abilities, and capacity to follow instructions.
• A team-oriented mindset with foundational knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Capacity to stand for the duration of a full shift.
• Must have availability to work weekends.
• Possession of a Food Handler Certification, or willingness to obtain one if required by local health regulations.
• The listed qualifications and requirements are also used as criteria for our Automated Employment Decision Tool (AEDT).
