Job description
Role Overview
Clean Affinity is hiring residential cleaners for work in the Hillsboro/Portland metro area. This is a full-time, on-site role offering pay of up to $25 per hour, along with tips and weekly pay. The company is a local, family-run cleaning business known for eco-friendly service and a solo-work environment.
What the Job Involves
You will clean homes using natural, non-toxic products and follow the company’s established cleaning approach. Most of the work is done independently, giving you space to focus without constant team interaction. The company serves the wider Portland metropolitan area and operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, which keeps weekends free.
Training and Support
All required tools, supplies, and initial training are provided. New hires receive 7 days of one-on-one mentorship from an experienced team member to learn the cleaning process. After training, your mentor continues to be available to support your growth in speed and quality.

Requirements
Experience in cleaning is not necessary. The company is looking for dependable people with strong character and a commitment to doing high-quality work. You must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, plus a reliable vehicle that can transport cleaning supplies.
