Role overview
Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie is looking for a motivated Reservations and Sales Associate for its Gurgaon office. The resort is a premium glamping destination in Uttarakhand, shaped by nature and inspired by the legacy of Sir George Everest. This role is suited to someone who can combine reservation handling, sales focus, and guest-first service in a hospitality setting.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guest inquiries and booking requests for Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie while ensuring a smooth and personalised reservation journey.
- Support room sales and promote luxury camping packages with the objective of improving occupancy and revenue.
- Manage booking changes, cancellations, and special guest requirements according to company guidelines.
- Work in coordination with the front office and operations teams to deliver an integrated guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records for reservations and sales, and stay well-informed about the full range of offerings, including luxury tents and outdoor activities.
- Oversee the reservation and sales team handling bookings for other client hotels.
- Track sales performance, review trends, and suggest new approaches to remain competitive.
- Coach, guide, and supervise team members to support development and consistent service quality.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience in hospitality, tourism, or business.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills are required.
- Candidate should be open to flexible working hours.
Compensation
Pay will follow market standards and will depend on the candidate's experience. Performance-based incentives are also part of the package.
