Job description
About Coalition Greenwich and PriceMetrix
Coalition Greenwich is part of CRISIL, a global analytics business with a market value of $5 billion and majority ownership by S&P Global. It develops analytics and business intelligence solutions that help some of the world’s largest corporate and investment banks, along with fintech firms, measure, plan, and strengthen their businesses. Its client base includes leading financial institutions, and it is recognized as a market leader in its area.
PriceMetrix is a key business within Coalition Greenwich and is regarded as a leading provider of benchmarks and analytics for wealth management firms across North America. Through a portfolio of products spanning customer, advisor, and industry perspectives, PriceMetrix helps financial advisors and their firms improve client experience and grow their business through scalable software products and custom executive analytics.
About the Role
You will join the WealthHub team at PriceMetrix, a group focused on delivering consumer insights and industry benchmarks for North American wealth management. Your work will support the operation, analysis, delivery, and strategic development of proprietary products, with emphasis on a firm-level Wealth Management performance diagnostic and a consumer survey of investors in the US and Canada.
In this position, you will partner with external clients to gather data, evaluate performance, and help client leaders understand their competitive standing. With support from WealthHub product owners, you will handle complex datasets, carry out primary research, create benchmarks, prepare presentations, deepen your industry knowledge, and build expertise in wealth management to solve client problems in meaningful ways. Over time, you will contribute to shaping product strategy by understanding market positioning, identifying ways to increase value for clients and the business, and spotting opportunities for innovation.
The role calls for strong analytical ability, project coordination, storytelling, business judgment, and communication skills. The PriceMetrix team is based in downtown Toronto and works in a collaborative environment with talented colleagues committed to high performance. You will report directly to the WealthHub manager.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation, analysis, delivery, and strategic direction of proprietary WealthHub products.
- Work with external clients to gather information, review performance measures, and present competitive insights.
- Manage and interpret complex datasets to produce benchmarks and useful analytical outputs.
- Conduct primary research focused on investors and wealth management trends in the US and Canada.
- Create presentations and storyboards that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
- Build subject-matter expertise in wealth management and the broader financial services landscape.
- Contribute to product strategy by identifying positioning, value creation, and innovation opportunities.
- Coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-moving, collaborative environment while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, working with complex datasets, online research, and/or performance benchmarks to generate actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Ability to work autonomously, handle several projects at once, and deliver within a dynamic, high-energy setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, or analytical tools such as VBA or SQL.
- Background in banking or financial services, with a strong preference for wealth management experience.
- A relevant university degree.
