The position centers on uncovering what data really means, converting complex research findings into practical insights, and helping shape marketing decisions across a range of product categories. The right candidate will be comfortable working with research data, interested in consumer behaviour and marketing strategy, and able to explain findings in a clear, persuasive way that supports confident decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Assist with survey design and questionnaire testing, keep track of fieldwork progress, monitor quotas and data quality, and support both soft and full launches through to final data processing and reporting.
- Turn research results into clear, insight-led stories and presentation-ready outputs that help stakeholders understand the implications and act on them.
- Partner with strategy, planning, and senior leaders to interpret findings and contribute to strategic recommendations.
- Check that research data is accurate, complete, and reliable throughout the analysis process.
- Handle several research assignments at once by coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and making sure each project is delivered on schedule and to a strong standard.
What You Need
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as social sciences, marketing, business, psychology, or a similar area, plus at least 1 year of experience in research analysis.
- A solid understanding of research methods, including surveys, focus groups, and secondary research.
- The ability to communicate complex data in a polished, executive-ready format for both client-facing and internal audiences.
- Strong accuracy, with a careful approach to data analysis and reporting.
- A structured, logical mindset with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
Preferred Background
- A postgraduate program or master’s degree in a related field is considered an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as DisplayR, SPSS, Q, R, Python, or SQL is beneficial.
- Comfort using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for research support, synthesis, and workflow efficiency is a plus.
- Exposure to advanced quantitative approaches such as MaxDiff, segmentation, and cluster analysis is an added advantage.
What’s Offered
- A competitive salary package and benefits.
- Opportunities to learn, develop professionally, and grow within the role.
- A collaborative, innovative workplace culture.
- Flexible working arrangements.
