Role Purpose
This position focuses on coordinating and carrying out supply delivery activities at government healthcare facilities. The role ensures that delivery schedules are followed and that logistics records are completed accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit hospital sites to support delivery execution and confirm that all on-site needs are addressed.
- Arrange supply appointments and keep a tracking record for deliveries that are approved or moved to a later date.
- Be present during delivery sessions to support the process and handle minor operational issues quickly.
- Gather and validate delivery notes and invoices from the appropriate authorized parties for official documentation.
- Enter final receipt details and transaction information into SAP in a timely manner.
- Share routine progress updates and daily status reports on supply movement and any observations from the field.
- Monitor the progress of financial claims and make sure all required supporting documents are submitted.
- Guide junior staff or direct reports at a basic level so work is completed according to standard procedures.
- Carry out additional operational duties as directed by the supervisor.
Qualifications
Applicants should be fresh graduates. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, or a related discipline is required.
Skills and Knowledge
- Capability to manage delivery issues at site and resolve operational problems independently and effectively.
- Strong coordination skills for handling several delivery schedules and prioritizing hospital visits under tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of health and safety requirements and government delivery procedures.
- Attention to detail for verifying documents and updating records accurately.
- Ability to use SAP for transaction and receipt entry.
- Communication skills for reporting updates and coordinating with authorized stakeholders.
- Organizational skills for tracking logistics, claims, and appointment follow-ups.
- Basic leadership or mentoring ability for supporting junior team members.
