Role overview
The Renewal Specialist Admin supports the Global Renewal Specialist team with administrative work tied to creating, sending, and updating renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotes for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotations when needed.
- Update quotes to reflect prorations and expiration changes for open items.
- Check discounts, free months, payment terms, and similar conditions that were approved at the original sale or before renewal.
- Review opportunity records to make sure the data is entered correctly and staged properly.
- Submit closed-won opportunities for processing when required.
- Support the creation of custom quotes as needed.
- Help onboard and train new team members when requested.
- Track and record personal and team performance metrics each day.
Minimum qualifications
- Associate degree preferred, or a combination of equivalent education and work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with web browsers such as Chrome and Internet Explorer.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
- Capable of working independently with limited supervision.
