Role overview

The Renewal Specialist Admin supports the Global Renewal Specialist team with administrative work tied to creating, sending, and updating renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotes for customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotations when needed.
  • Update quotes to reflect prorations and expiration changes for open items.
  • Check discounts, free months, payment terms, and similar conditions that were approved at the original sale or before renewal.
  • Review opportunity records to make sure the data is entered correctly and staged properly.
  • Submit closed-won opportunities for processing when required.
  • Support the creation of custom quotes as needed.
  • Help onboard and train new team members when requested.
  • Track and record personal and team performance metrics each day.

Minimum qualifications

  • Associate degree preferred, or a combination of equivalent education and work experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Gmail and Google Docs.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiarity with web browsers such as Chrome and Internet Explorer.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good planning, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Excellent customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative environment.
  • Capable of working independently with limited supervision.
