About the Role
Petfolk is building a new approach to veterinary care by combining strong medical standards with a warm, connected experience for pets, pet parents, and the teams that support them. This is a full-time remote position on the Virtual Care team, where you will support pet parents and veterinary staff through phone, text, and email while working from home.
What You Will Do
- Provide high-quality customer support to pet parents across phone, text, and email.
- Help with appointment booking, basic guidance on pet care, and general inquiries.
- Forward medical questions to the licensed TeleAdvice veterinary team when needed.
- Work closely with clinic and operations teams to keep the experience smooth and coordinated.
- Represent the company’s values with empathy, care, and professionalism in every conversation.
What You Need
- At least 1 year of experience in veterinary customer care is required.
- Comfort with remote work in a fast-moving startup setting.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A quiet home workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a tech-friendly mindset.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule of 4 ten-hour shifts per week, including every weekend.
- Must be available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST.
- You must live in one of these states: AZ, FL, GA, NY, NC, SC, KS, TN, MO, IN, VA, or TX.
Nice to Have
- Experience using Vetspire or Gladly CRM.
- Working knowledge of EMR platforms, Slack, and Google Suite.

- Pay is $17 per hour.
