Role Overview

This is a full-time remote position for a Digital Marketing professional who will lead planning, delivery, and improvement of online marketing activities that support the company’s brand and business goals. The role combines campaign management, content development, performance tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure messaging stays aligned with wider business objectives.

Key Duties

The selected candidate will oversee social media presence, design and run digital campaigns, and produce content adapted for different online channels. The role also includes reviewing campaign results, studying website analytics, preparing performance updates, and suggesting improvements to boost reach and conversions. In addition, the person will coordinate with internal stakeholders, keep the brand voice consistent across platforms, and remain updated on evolving digital marketing practices and trends.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing and online marketing across major platforms.
  • Practical knowledge of digital marketing planning, content coordination, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to use web analytics tools to monitor, interpret, and present performance data.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills for teamwork and clear messaging.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Good attention to detail, strong organization, and a results-focused, data-led mindset.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or B2B marketing will be considered an added advantage.
