Remote Data Entry Clerk (Entry Level)

About the Role

CodeVertex Innovations is looking for an entry-level Remote Data Entry Clerk to help with data management, updating records, maintaining documentation, and supporting organized administrative work in a remote setting.

What You'll Do

• Assist with everyday operational tasks, record-keeping, and coordination across teams.
• Keep internal documents and records current, accurate, and well-organized.
• Share progress updates, questions, and status information clearly with relevant team members.
• Handle sensitive business, customer, employee, or financial details carefully when required.
• Help ensure remote work is dependable, structured, and accurate.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail along with solid communication and dependability.
• Comfort working remotely while taking responsibility for assigned tasks and follow-up.
• Ability to function effectively in a structured business environment.
• Capability to manage documents, records, or operational work with accuracy.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background supporting remote teams or documentation-focused processes.
• Experience in administrative, operations, customer support, HR, finance, or analytical support work.
• Ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive tasks and internal systems.

Work Environment

This is a remote full-time role for candidates based in the United States. The position may involve individual work as well as coordination with others, depending on business needs.
