The Remote Candidate Experience Specialist is responsible for creating a smooth, professional, and responsive journey for applicants from first contact through the hiring process. This role focuses on timely communication, interview coordination, progress tracking, and ensuring candidates feel supported at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle ongoing communication with candidates and keep interactions prompt and professional.
- Arrange interviews, coordinate scheduling, and manage post-interview follow-up.
- Monitor candidate movement through the recruitment workflow and keep records up to date.
- Respond to applicant queries and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and related hiring records.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts that strengthen the candidate experience.
Qualifications
