About the role
This position is part of an inbound contact center team in Dubai. The role is focused on being the first touchpoint for customers, handling queries, resolving concerns, and creating a smooth, positive banking experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls quickly, courteously, and professionally.
- Answer questions related to the bank’s products and services.
- Work through customer complaints and service issues, escalating more complex matters when required.
- Enter customer details and interaction notes accurately into the system.
- Look for ways to enhance the customer journey and make processes more efficient.
- Follow internal procedures and comply with information security and data privacy requirements.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or any diploma is required.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills are essential.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends is necessary.
- Good problem-solving ability and strong interpersonal skills are expected.
- Candidates should be ready to join immediately.
- A proactive, customer-first attitude is important.
Preferred experience
- Prior customer service experience, especially in banking, will be considered an advantage.
