Role overview
This position focuses on guiding students through the platform and helping them use the Student App effectively to support their academic and career ambitions. The role is centered on relationship management, student engagement, and decision support across the study-abroad or education-planning journey.
What you will do
- Welcome students onto the platform and show them how to get the best value from the Student App.
- Stay closely aligned with each student’s goals and use available tools and resources to help them progress.
- Support students in exploring, comparing, and narrowing down opportunities that move them toward their future plans.
- Influence important choices throughout the journey, including course selection, university applications, and the final institution decision.
- Keep yourself updated on shifting student interests, in-demand skills, new career paths, regulatory updates, and international education guidelines.
- Engage with the wider community to strengthen the support network available to students.
- Improve daily, weekly, and monthly app usage and retention so students continue moving smoothly from one stage to the next.
