  • Handle external portfolio controls such as regular client interactions, call reports, documentation follow-ups, operational issue resolution, facility and account usage checks, payment regularisation, field visits, and market intelligence gathering.
  • Manage internal follow-ups across credit review, documentation, approval, and operational teams, and recommend policy adjustments when business conditions require it.
  • Draft and structure term sheets, pre-screen memoranda, financial models, risk-rating tools, and economic profitability reports.
  • Collect and compile all information needed for new credit submissions, and work with the credit product group on proposals, financial spreads, and modelling.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the portfolio and convert those connections into business opportunities aligned with strategy.
  • Position the bank as an active participant in emerging debt and capital markets, and help strengthen its presence in treasury and capital market activities.
  • Work with relevant bank teams to deliver structured solutions efficiently and on time.
  • Stay current on market developments, regulatory changes, competition, and industry trends.
