About the Role
This position is for an experienced tyre sales specialist who can help accelerate growth for Apollo and Vredestein across the assigned markets of the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Iraq. The role is based in Dubai within Apollo Tyres Middle East (ATME). You will broaden the business reach, oversee and strengthen sales channels, and provide both technical and commercial support to internal teams and partners. The role also contributes to market intelligence and helps identify requirements for future products.
The company is seeking someone with strong language capability, including fluent Arabic and English, and someone prepared for significant travel, estimated at 70–80%.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving business growth, supporting channel development, and contributing to sales strategy execution across the region.
- Deliver the sales targets set for Apollo and Vredestein within the assigned territory.
- Work to improve market share across different business segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key account holders.
- Keep dealers and distributors informed through regular product briefings and ongoing day-to-day engagement.
- Coordinate closely with regional teams to implement sales initiatives and meet business goals.
- Collect and communicate competitor and market intelligence.
- Support brand positioning in the market, especially around pricing and product preference.
- Work with the technical and R&D teams on new product development.
- Identify and pursue potential fleet customers.
- Locate and develop potential TBR fleet accounts in coordination with the business partner.
- Develop and support all product categories in the assigned country or region.
You will also be involved in training and reporting activities.
- Train internal teams on products and business topics.
- Provide distributors with technical and product training and support them in execution.
- Handle administrative, functional, technical, end-user, business partner, and competition-related reporting.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and sales plans, and share monthly reports.
- Report monthly sales and inventory data for business partners.
- Track and analyze market information, products, and vehicle trends.
- Monitor market share across product segments through periodic studies and field visits.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should bring substantial tyre sales experience and a strong understanding of the regional market.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
- At least 5 years of experience in tyre sales is required.
- Prior experience in tyre manufacturing or B2B sales is important.
- Experience in the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, or Egypt will be considered an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong knowledge of TBR and OHT segments.
- Understanding of PCR and LTR products.
- Familiarity with agricultural, industrial, and OTR equipment.
- Awareness of customer application needs and segment-specific requirements.
- Knowledge of the regional competitive landscape.
- Ability to work extensively on the road, with travel covering roughly 70–80% of the time.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Dubai, covering the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, and Iraq. The role requires extensive travel of approximately 70–80%.
