Role Overview
The New York State Democratic Committee is hiring Regional Organizing Directors for its Coordinated Campaign in 2026. In this role, you will lead a team of field organizers within an assigned region and help drive an ambitious volunteer mobilization and voter contact effort aimed at increasing turnout for the 2026 elections. The position is best suited to highly driven, imaginative professionals who are committed to supporting Democratic candidates across the ballot.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and manage organizers throughout the region so they meet weekly goals for voter outreach and volunteer recruitment.
- Create and carry out a regional organizing strategy that supports statewide program priorities and objectives.
- Set up the systems and operating structure needed to help the region achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Monitor reporting processes and data handling to ensure submissions are accurate and delivered on time.
- Maintain team energy, focus, and accountability while working in a demanding and high-pressure environment.
- Take on additional duties as needed.

Compensation
