About the Team

Join a dynamic and dedicated team responsible for managing and supporting a global guarding services account across more than 34 countries. Our client is a leader in the data center industry, and we deliver best-in-class solutions through specialized teams in Security Operations, Human Resources, Training, Business Operations and Support, Threat and Incident Management, and Health and Safety. You will collaborate with professionals committed to excellence and innovation in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

About the Role

The Regional Human Resources (HR) Manager for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) is a leadership position overseeing the execution of HR strategy throughout the EMEA region. This role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of Regional HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Recruiters, ensuring consistency, capability, and accountability across the region. The manager will align with global HR standards while empowering HRBPs to partner effectively with senior business leaders. The ideal candidate will translate business priorities into an actionable HR agenda that supports operational excellence and client satisfaction, serving as a key advisor to senior leadership and an escalation point for complex HR matters.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a team of HRBPs and Recruiters, driving the execution of HR strategy across the EMEA region. Partner with and influence senior leadership on key talent initiatives, including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, succession planning, and organizational design, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations. Establish regional operating rhythms, utilize workforce data for trend analysis and decision-making, and act as the primary escalation point for complex employee relations and organizational issues. You will also focus on driving consistency across regions, strengthening global and local stakeholder partnerships, and leading initiatives to enhance HR processes, scalability, and overall team performance.

Qualifications

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field and a minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 3 years of people management experience is required. Experience supporting an operations team within a data center environment is highly desirable. You should possess a strong understanding of global HR best practices, particularly in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and talent development. Familiarity with multi-country environments and diverse labor laws and regulations is essential. Exceptional organizational and time management skills are needed to manage multiple priorities effectively. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail are crucial. The ability to anticipate team needs and stay ahead of trends is valued. Strong collaboration skills across global and regional teams, coupled with the ability to deliver results under tight deadlines, are necessary. Proficiency in presenting to senior leadership and large audiences, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse cultures, is required. This role involves approximately 30% travel, requiring a valid passport and flexibility for domestic and international trips. Occasional work during nights and weekends may be necessary, requiring schedule flexibility. All applicants must have reliable communication and transportation methods, the legal right to work in the country of employment, and proficient English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing).

What You’ll Get

This role offers a competitive base salary benchmarked against London and Dublin markets, with the final compensation determined by experience and location. A comprehensive benefits package is provided.

The Extra Stuff

This position requires the physical and mental capacity to perform all essential job functions effectively, including maintaining composure under pressure, working independently, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Regular computer and keyboard use is expected. Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds and infrequent lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required. Visual acuity for near and far distances, with the ability to adjust focus, is necessary. The role may involve handling sensitive information and requires schedule flexibility to meet operational demands.
