Role Summary

The Regional General Manager will lead operations for an assigned region while working remotely on a full-time basis. This position focuses on driving growth, maintaining strong client partnerships, and ensuring smooth delivery across the company’s services. The role calls for strategic planning, regional performance oversight, and active collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute regional plans that support the company’s broader business objectives.
  • Oversee service delivery across areas such as data solutions, web services, and staffing offerings.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, with a focus on satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Lead coordination among cross-functional teams to keep projects and operations on track.
  • Track performance indicators, review regional profit and loss, and monitor budget utilization.
  • Support sales and account management efforts to grow revenue from both current and prospective clients.
  • Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively while keeping leadership informed.
  • Stay updated on market movements, competitor activity, and customer expectations to identify improvement and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing people and guiding distributed or cross-functional teams.
  • Background in regional management, general management, operations, or business unit leadership, ideally within IT, ITeS, or outsourcing.
  • Strong track record in business planning, growth strategy, and revenue expansion across multiple service lines.
  • Comfort with financial management, including budgeting, P&L review, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with global customers and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Helpful exposure to B2B offerings such as data services, web development, UI/UX, staffing, or remote workforce management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related discipline is required; an MBA or similar advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setup using digital collaboration tools and adapting to changing priorities.
