Role Overview
SpiderSilk is hiring a Regional Channel Manager to champion its value proposition and grow shared revenue with both new and current partners across the UAE. This position sits within a fast-growing go-to-market function and works closely with regional sales leaders to open new business opportunities, improve channel outcomes, and support the wider commercial organization.
The role is suited to a channel sales professional with strong regional knowledge and a track record of developing and expanding partner ecosystems in a competitive, technology-led market. You will help execute the regional channel plan and contribute directly to revenue growth across the Gulf.
Responsibilities
- Own the planning and execution of the channel approach in coordination with regional sales directors, keeping targets and pipeline activities aligned across the UAE.
- Design, launch, and evaluate focused partner initiatives that create new opportunities and support upsell through channel partners.
- Work hand in hand with marketing and internal sales support teams to improve partner acquisition, onboarding, enablement, and sell-through results.
- Build trusted relationships with important channel partners and stakeholders across the UAE and the broader Gulf area.
- Review partner community performance metrics to uncover operational weaknesses and improve software product sales results.
- Shape segmented customer and partner portfolios based on factors such as industry, geography, ARR, product mix, and profit potential.
- Strengthen product education, cross-functional training, and collaboration across the partner network to raise efficiency and reduce reliance on individual contributors.
- Share regular updates, channel forecasts, and pipeline insights with leadership.
- Represent SpiderSilk at relevant industry and technology events throughout the region to strengthen visibility and build lasting business relationships.
