Job description

Role overview

Tesla is hiring a seasoned Regional Campaign Lead to support its North America Sales and Delivery Organization and work alongside the Field Sales team in Dallas, Texas. This position is focused on building and improving regional outbound programs that raise brand visibility and expand market penetration. The role spans several top-of-funnel channels, including events, self-serve initiatives, and media opportunities.

This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who can shape regional growth efforts, bring together cross-functional teams, and turn data into action. Success in this position depends on the ability to evaluate performance, track key metrics, and influence stakeholders from planning through execution.

What you'll do

  • Own the full lifecycle of regional programs and campaigns, from planning through coordination and delivery, across events, media, and self-serve growth efforts, while staying aligned with leadership priorities and business goals.
  • Apply sound independent judgment to handle logistical and operational issues that arise during event planning or execution, always choosing solutions that serve Tesla’s interests.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, local media, business partners, and internal teams to improve event operations, resource support, and community reach while helping drive regional growth.
  • Negotiate with outside stakeholders and surface meaningful opportunities to leadership that support Tesla’s broader mission and growth objectives.
  • Track event and campaign KPIs, review outcomes after each program, and use the findings to improve processes and expand the most effective regional strategies.
  • Act as a regional champion for top-of-funnel initiatives by sharing strategic input and performance insights that help guide leadership decisions.
  • Manage regional budgets and allocate resources efficiently to support market growth and campaign success.

What you'll bring

  • A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or comparable experience, along with at least 4 years in demand generation or strategic program management.
  • Strong capability in planning, launching, and refining demand generation programs, including experience advising senior leaders.
  • Experience negotiating vendor agreements and contracts with limited oversight, plus solid budget management skills for scalable top-of-funnel initiatives. Most of the role is centered on strategic planning, stakeholder coordination, and budget optimization.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across both internal teams and external partners, along with enthusiasm for Tesla’s mission and a solid understanding of the customer journey and sales cycle.
  • Advanced analytical ability to assess opportunities using data, trends, and tools to measure program effectiveness.
  • A valid driver’s license, flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed, and willingness to travel as much as 50%.
