Role overview
This opportunity is for a Regional Brand Manager based in Singapore, responsible for turning a broader regional brand agenda into locally relevant market execution across Southeast Asia. The role involves close coordination with regional stakeholders, distributors, and agency partners to ensure strong launch delivery and brand consistency across markets.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional brand planning and oversee execution across multiple markets.
- Deliver end-to-end launch plans and 360-degree campaign activity spanning retail, media, ATL, and BTL channels.
- Work with local teams, distributors, and internal functions to secure launch preparedness and high-quality execution.
- Handle A&P planning, launch timing, forecasting, and post-launch performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with Sales on retailer-facing presentations, trade initiatives, and key account support.
- Review market trends, pricing, consumer response, and campaign outcomes to surface improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in the FMCG sector.
- Solid operational marketing background with direct exposure to full 360 launch execution.
- Hands-on experience managing A&P budgets, forecasting, and regional brand planning.
- Strong commercial thinking, analytical capability, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confident at managing stakeholders across global, regional, and local levels.
- Prior experience across Southeast Asian markets and with distributor management will be a strong advantage.
