  • Ensure each new employee completes the joining checklist.
  • Guide, supervise, and support the recruitment team to encourage strong performance and good practices.
  • Deliver coaching, training, and mentoring to strengthen team capability and improve efficiency.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be polished, confident, and able to represent the company effectively in both formal meetings and community-level engagements. Strong organization, clear communication, fast execution, and a results-oriented mindset are essential. The role also requires someone who is comfortable speaking to groups, influencing decisions, and building genuine relationships that support recruitment goals.

Required Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; a master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • At least 4 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition.
