About the role
This position is for a non-IT recruiter based in Chennai, supporting hiring needs for automobile, manufacturing, and plant-related businesses. The role is an individual contributor position focused on strategic and operational recruitment delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bring hands-on expertise in leadership hiring, executive search, CXO-level recruitment, non-IT hiring, market mapping, headhunting, and talent intelligence.
- Create reliable weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards and use the insights to guide future hiring decisions.
- Develop sourcing and recruitment plans that align with business goals and future workforce needs.
- Gather and act on feedback to improve outcomes for both the client and the recruitment team.
- Represent the company’s ethics and compliance standards to the client and ensure hiring processes remain aligned with them.
- Share process updates, new initiatives, and added service offerings with key stakeholders.
- Handle confidential interviews, reference follow-ups, and credit verification checks as required.
- Serve as a central point of contact for recruitment, sourcing, and strategy-related queries or issues within the RPO team.
Requirements
- Any graduate may apply; an MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in non-IT recruitment is required.
- Prior exposure to leadership hiring, headhunting, X-ray search, and executive search is important.
- Must be comfortable managing different role types, business units, and geographies independently.
