Role overview
The Recruitment Specialist will support Depa Interiors in attracting, evaluating, and onboarding the right talent for open positions across the organization. The role is focused on strengthening the workforce by identifying candidates who fit both the company’s culture and business goals.
Key duties
This position also contributes to wider HR operations, including handling HR-related administration, coordinating documents and correspondence across business units, and supporting daily HR processes.
Recruitment and onboarding responsibilities
- Find suitable candidates through sourcing and talent outreach.
- Review applications and shortlist applicants for further stages.
- Conduct interviews and support the selection process.
- Assist with onboarding new hires into the organization.
- Help fill vacancies efficiently while maintaining quality of hire.
HR support responsibilities
- Support the HR team with a range of HR activities.
- Provide administrative assistance to employees and the HR department.
- Share guidance on HR policies, procedures, and routine people processes.
- Maintain HR documents, records, and internal correspondence accurately.
- Coordinate communication with other departments as needed.
