Role overview
This opportunity is for a driven recruiter who wants to run their own desk and make a meaningful contribution within a fast-growing recruitment business in Dublin. What you will do
- Identify, assess, and match suitable candidates to client vacancies.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Design recruitment approaches that help grow your network and expand the client portfolio.
- Handle client negotiations and oversee candidate contract processes.
- Work towards and surpass agreed performance targets and KPIs.
- Keep up with market movements and industry changes so you can offer informed guidance.
- Record all activity accurately and manage your pipeline through the recruitment database.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in recruitment, whether as a recruitment consultant or specialist recruiter. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a results-focused approach and the confidence to work independently. Good organisation, effective time management, and comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM or recruitment systems are also important.
