Overview
Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant in Singapore. The role is based at a central office location with convenient access to MRT, and it includes career development and training support. This is a full-time, on-site position.
What you will do
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including business development, candidate sourcing, fulfilling job requisitions, and post-placement support.
- Deliver end-to-end permanent recruitment services for clients in a smooth and efficient manner.
- Advise clients and candidates professionally throughout the hiring process.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between employers and applicants.
- Negotiate compensation offers on behalf of both clients and candidates.
- Publish job advertisements on hiring platforms to attract suitable talent.
- Carry out reference verification and background screening.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned when required.
Requirements
- A diploma in any discipline is required.
