About the role

You will join a private equity-backed recruitment firm focused on the real estate sector, supporting clients across the UK and Europe. The business partners with well-known investors, developers, asset managers, and property companies, and operates at the senior end of the market.

This position is for an experienced Recruitment Researcher based in Tbilisi. It is a full-time remote opportunity, and you will be expected to work UK business hours.

What you will do

In this role, you will work alongside a senior Director-level recruiter handling searches across the UK and European real estate market. Your work will include building and mapping talent pools, identifying senior-level candidates, making direct outreach, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting live assignments from initial brief through to shortlist.

The job is highly research-led and offers meaningful commercial exposure, with a variety of mandates across prominent assignments.

Requirements

The employer is seeking someone with proven experience in recruitment research or resourcing. You should also be able to communicate clearly and professionally with senior professionals across the UK and Europe, work independently, and manage your time effectively within UK working hours.
