About the role
You will join a private equity-backed recruitment firm focused on the real estate sector, supporting clients across the UK and Europe. The business partners with well-known investors, developers, asset managers, and property companies, and operates at the senior end of the market.
This position is for an experienced Recruitment Researcher based in Tbilisi. It is a full-time remote opportunity, and you will be expected to work UK business hours.
What you will do
In this role, you will work alongside a senior Director-level recruiter handling searches across the UK and European real estate market. Your work will include building and mapping talent pools, identifying senior-level candidates, making direct outreach, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting live assignments from initial brief through to shortlist.
The job is highly research-led and offers meaningful commercial exposure, with a variety of mandates across prominent assignments.
Requirements
