About the Role
Atom Resources is a specialist recruitment business serving the construction, property, and engineering sectors across Australia. Established in February 2016, the company operates from Sydney, Gosford, and Perth and has expanded to a team of 25 internal employees.
This is an exciting opening for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join the Gosford team and help support the company’s next stage of growth. The position is a full-time 360 recruitment role, with a strong focus on placing trades professionals across New South Wales and other parts of Australia.
You will be part of a team where consultants are already achieving their goals, creating a positive and supportive environment that should help you settle in quickly. The opportunity is best suited to a driven, hands-on recruiter with experience in the construction sector who is motivated by performance, growth, and ambitious targets.
Candidates should already be located on the NSW Central Coast or be prepared to relocate from Sydney.
Role Overview
As a 360 recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, with particular emphasis on trades recruitment within the construction industry.
What You Need
- At least 2 years of full-time experience working as a Recruitment Consultant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid IT skills
- A current and valid driver’s licence
