Role overview

Halian, part of the NES Fircroft brand, is looking for a Recruitment Consultant with an IT and technology focus. In this role, you will take full ownership of delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across the IT and tech space.

Dubai is positioned as the company’s main growth project, offering the chance to make a visible impact. The business is building specialized markets that are still rare in the German-speaking region, backed by strong demand from clients in Dubai and the UK.

Focus areas

• Finance: building a new vertical in banking and financial services
• Tech: cybersecurity and AI, where demand is strong and market saturation is low
• GTM SaaS: go-to-market hiring for fast-growing SaaS businesses

What you will do

• Help create and grow new markets from the ground up
• Handle full 360-degree recruitment, including business development, client consulting, and delivery
• Work with existing leads coming from Dubai and the UK
• Collaborate closely with international stakeholders

What you should bring

• Background in recruitment, or strong drive to learn in a growth-oriented environment
• Very good German and good English skills
• Interest in specialized markets such as finance, cybersecurity, AI, and SaaS
• An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, international setting
