  • Use market intelligence to spot trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay credible with clients as a knowledgeable subject matter expert.
  • Work closely with Talent Delivery to fill roles efficiently and effectively.
  • Support sourcing approaches and help resolve delivery challenges.
  • Use CRM platforms, dashboards, and related tools to track activity and performance.
  • Organise workload and priorities to meet agreed targets consistently.
  • Balance current delivery needs with proactive pipeline development.
  • Adjust tactics and approach to improve outcomes and results.

Experience and Requirements

  • Background in Engineering Recruitment is required.
  • Track record of bringing in new business and expanding existing accounts.
  • Proven ability to meet client expectations and independently resolve issues.
  • Experience mentoring or developing others is an added advantage.
  • Ability to consistently deliver against performance metrics.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business understanding.
  • Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach.
  • Resilient, motivated, and focused on results.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Collaborative attitude and a growth-oriented mindset.

What the Role Offers

  • Dedicated time and support for self-development, market learning, and networking.
  • A high-performance team culture with collaborative working and clear progression opportunities.
