Job description

About the company

Select Offshore is a recognised specialist in recruitment for renewables, offshore, and marine sectors. The organisation has been named Agency of the Year 2024 and Best Places to Work 2024, and it has experienced strong growth over the last few years. With 2026 expansion plans underway, the business is now looking to strengthen its team.

Role overview

The Team Lead will oversee a group of 5 to 10 Delivery Consultants, supporting client projects, implementations, and service delivery. This position blends people management, project coordination, stakeholder handling, and operational improvement to help deliver strong outcomes, high client satisfaction, and business expansion. The role also acts as a senior point of contact for internal teams and clients, while mentoring the team as a subject matter expert.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide, support, and develop Delivery Consultants so they can meet both individual and team targets.
  • Run regular performance discussions, one-to-one check-ins, and development planning conversations.
  • Build and maintain a positive, cooperative, and high-performing team environment.
  • Oversee team capacity, allocation of resources, and day-to-day workload planning.
  • Make sure delivery stays on schedule, within scope, within budget, and aligned with agreed quality expectations.
  • Track progress across projects and address risks, blockers, and dependencies early.
  • Offer direction on challenging requirements and delivery-related issues.
  • Refine delivery methods, processes, and best practices on an ongoing basis.
  • Measure and communicate delivery KPIs, service levels, and team performance results.
  • Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, consistency, and output quality.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant is proactive, comfortable in a busy environment, and experienced in a fast-moving contract recruitment setting, ideally with exposure to offshore recruitment or a similar sector. They should be confident in building relationships, supporting and mentoring delivery teams, and working with a wide range of personalities. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, and a practical “can do” mindset are essential, along with the energy to contribute positively every day.

Working arrangement

This is an on-site role based in Dubai Marina. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
