The role
Wpromote is looking for a Sourcer who will help build strong teams across Media, Tech, and Analytics. In this role, you will identify, connect with, and grow relationships with high-caliber talent in digital marketing areas such as paid media, earned media, client strategy, data, and analytics. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to turn hiring needs into focused sourcing plans and uncover both active and passive candidates in competitive talent markets. This position is both strategic and hands-on, and it is best suited for someone who enjoys finding exceptional talent, understands the world of digital and performance marketing, and can build candidate pipelines that support long-term growth.

Compensation
The expected annual pay for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000. Final compensation depends on factors such as skills, years of experience, depth of background, education, certifications, market data, scope of responsibility, geographic location, and the applicable state salary threshold for exempt employees. Benefits are part of the overall compensation package.
Work location and eligibility
- This role can be done remotely in most U.S. states, with some exclusions.
- Although the job is remote, Wpromote has office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York for learning opportunities, team events, workspace access, and in-person collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Source and engage strong candidates across Media, Tech, Client Strategy, and Analytics.
- Create and sustain durable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role needs and shape sourcing approaches.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and advanced search methods to find passive talent.
- Write outreach messages that are personalized and persuasive.
- Reach out to candidates and screen for interest and fit.
- Build talent maps and gather market intelligence across agencies, platforms, and technology companies.
- Keep candidate data, pipeline status, and reporting accurate in the ATS.
- Stay informed about digital marketing, ad tech, and analytics trends to improve sourcing.
- Contribute to broader talent acquisition initiatives, including process improvements and sourcing strategy updates.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting in media, digital marketing, or ad tech; agency experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in finding and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing methods.
- Background sourcing for paid media, earned media, analytics, and technology roles.
- Working knowledge of agency and platform ecosystems such as Google, Meta, Amazon, DSPs, and analytics tools.
- Experience in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create outreach that gets responses.
- Self-driven, resourceful approach and enthusiasm for finding hard-to-reach talent.
- Ability to juggle multiple open roles and priorities at once.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system; Lever is preferred.
- Strong partnership skills for working with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience.
