The company’s goal is to build a leading ecosystem for top-tier self-employed specialists. In this role, you act as a key connector who helps ensure client projects succeed through the right expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone-based conversations to assess freelancers’ exact capabilities and present relevant project opportunities to them.
  • Handle initial negotiations on framework topics such as project duration and compensation.
  • Re-engage experts whose current assignments are ending and encourage continued collaboration within the network.
  • Use professional networks such as XING and LinkedIn to attract new self-employed experts for future project opportunities.

What You Bring

  • A completed university degree or vocational training, ideally with initial experience in recruiting.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to quickly assess complex experience profiles and capabilities.
  • Confident communication and coordination skills, along with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort in a dynamic setting that requires flexibility, prioritization, and ongoing personal and professional growth.
  • A structured approach, resilience in unexpected situations, and a team-oriented attitude.

Benefits

  • Germany ticket for public transport
  • Option to work from home up to 1-2 days per week
  • Ability to work from within the EU abroad
  • 30 days of annual leave
  • Flexible working hours
  • Permanent employment contract
  • Company pension provision
  • Comprehensive onboarding
  • Culture of constructive feedback
  • Sports allowance and employee discounts
