About the Role
A prominent American retailer, operating four well-known brands, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join their fully remote team. This is a 6-month W2 contract position offering benefits.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, from initial job posting to offer acceptance.
- Proactively source potential candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks, internal databases, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess and evaluate candidates for diverse roles.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and hiring managers to present suitable candidate profiles.
- Facilitate candidate submissions and ensure efficient communication of feedback between candidates and stakeholders.
- Support the offer negotiation process, including discussions around compensation.
- Effectively manage a high volume of open job requisitions with precision and timeliness.
- Ensure an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the fashion, apparel, retail, or consumer goods sectors, is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting for Creative, Marketing, or Product-focused positions is required.
- A proven track record of swiftly identifying, evaluating, and presenting high-caliber candidates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong professional relationships.
- The capacity to juggle multiple tasks and priorities within a dynamic, deadline-oriented setting.
