About the Role

The Talent Attraction organization is dedicated to sourcing and mobilizing the best global talent efficiently and at scale. We operate as an agile, data-driven team that rapidly adapts to changing business requirements, utilizing repeatable, evidence-based processes to build talent pipelines. As advocates for candidates, we ensure our hiring practices reflect global diversity and amplify our impact through rigorous assessments, data integrity, and operational excellence.

This position is for a versatile Talent Attraction Partner within the Sales Recruiting team, focusing on a blend of hands-on candidate engagement and strategic operational support. Approximately 30% of the role involves direct sourcing and candidate interaction, while the remaining 70% is dedicated to operational efficiency, data analysis, competitor intelligence, and team development.

You will collaborate closely with Talent Delivery Recruiters to provide thoroughly vetted and qualified candidate pipelines. Additionally, you will drive the data, reporting, and market insights crucial for the entire Talent Attraction department to function with precision and scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Proactively identify, engage, assess, and nurture high-caliber sales talent through various channels, including inbound applications, referrals, internal mobility, and outbound outreach. Conduct structured assessments to ensure candidates align with role specifications, company values, and business objectives. Maintain candidate pipelines within the CRM, ensuring prompt follow-ups and a positive candidate experience. Work with Talent Delivery Recruiters to present qualified candidates for interviews, provide coaching, and manage offer progression. Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent profiles and refine sourcing strategies.
  • Competitor Analysis & Market Intelligence: Develop and maintain a systematic approach to gathering competitor and market intelligence to inform sourcing and hiring strategies. Monitor and report on competitor hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, geographical hiring patterns, and advancements in Talent Acquisition technology. Provide actionable insights to TA leadership and business stakeholders to influence workforce planning and talent strategies. Establish a regular schedule for disseminating market intelligence throughout the TA organization.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Support the maintenance of TA metrics and reporting standards, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across sourcing and hiring platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau, HRIS, CRM). Develop, manage, and optimize Tableau dashboards to offer practical insights to recruiters, sourcers, and management. Streamline reporting procedures to enhance self-service capabilities, transparency, and data-informed decision-making across the TA function.
  • Activations (Branding/Marketing): Assist leadership in promoting attendance and engagement for significant recruitment events and activations. Oversee reporting on event outcomes, pipeline generation, and return on investment to guide future event planning. Manage communications for activations to ensure visibility and alignment with the overall TA strategy.
  • Enablement & Training: Partner with leadership to cultivate a culture of ongoing learning by developing and delivering enablement sessions, informal training, and best practice sharing. Identify areas for enhancement within the sourcing function and recommend tools, resources, and methodologies to boost team capabilities. Support the implementation of standardized, scalable sourcing and assessment practices across the team.
