Role overview
Amazon is looking for a Recruiter for the TA Stores function to support hiring for the Operations business. The role sits in a fast-moving, high-volume recruiting environment where you will help shape the candidate experience, coordinate hiring activity, and support workforce growth across India operations.

What this role will do
You will partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, plan recruiting execution, and support both bulk hiring and niche roles. The position requires strong coordination, sourcing discipline, candidate management, and the ability to handle changing priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
Responsibilities
- Execute recruiting plans to help meet hiring targets.
- Manage candidate administration, including application tracking, interview scheduling, sharing job details, and keeping openings updated in recruitment systems and job boards.
- Develop and maintain a ready talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with agencies whenever needed and manage those relationships effectively.
- Plan and organize hiring events, assessments, and interviews.
- Screen applications to check whether candidates match the role criteria.
- Act as the point of contact for candidates and share assessment and interview logistics.
- Work with background verification partners to complete checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Collect documents from shortlisted candidates and pass them to the onboarding team.
- Join follow-up discussions with hiring managers to review recruiting progress and process effectiveness.
- Support employees and stakeholders with recruitment and talent acquisition queries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruiting.
- Experience creating sourcing and closing strategies.
- Ability to build scalable workflows across candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.

Location: Bangalore or Hyderabad.
Contract duration: 6 months.
