- Develop trusted relationships with clients and candidates through consistent, clear communication.
- Use creative outreach methods to attract candidate attention early in the recruiting process.
- Handle a large portfolio of clients and open requisitions efficiently.
Candidate profile
The role is best suited to someone with a track record of sourcing and screening candidates in a high-volume recruiting setting. You should be able to deliver an excellent experience to both candidates and hiring partners, communicate persuasively about the importance of each position to Tesla’s mission, and bring urgency, multitasking ability, and strong organizational discipline. Experience keeping accurate records in an applicant tracking system is also needed, and a mix of corporate and agency recruiting background is preferred.
