Job description
About the role
momox is focused on extending the life of products and contributing to a more sustainable planet, one second-hand item at a time. The Leipzig recruiting team is looking for support to help fill logistics-related vacancies and to further shape hiring work across the company.
This position suits someone who enjoys structure, working with people, and actively improving recruiting rather than simply processing applications.
What you will do
- Focus on recruitment for logistics positions.
- Plan and coordinate assessment centers for logistics vacancies together with colleagues and relevant departments.
- Run hiring days and support candidates from the first step onward.
- Help applicants complete their documents and answer questions about contracts and onboarding in cooperation with the HR administration team.
- Contribute to HR projects and, when needed, support employer branding activities.
- Work closely with the local team lead for Recruiting and Employer Branding and provide regular updates on your topics.
- Recruit specialists and managers for defined business areas.
What you need to bring
- A completed degree with a focus on human resources, a comparable qualification, or relevant professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience handling application documents, plus confident use of MS Office or Google Docs.
- Strong organizational skills, good focus under pressure, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Clear communication skills, responsibility, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Motivation to keep developing, question existing processes, and contribute new ideas.
- Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
What you can expect
- Thorough and well-structured onboarding.
- An open, honest, warm, and humorous team culture.
- A well-organized working environment that is dynamic and practical.
- A role with plenty of movement and variety instead of routine bureaucracy.
- Challenging work that offers room to grow.
- Individual training and development opportunities tailored to your needs.
- Regular HR meetings with colleagues from other locations.
- Team events and a strong sense of collaboration.
Additional benefits
- Half a day off on your birthday.
- A monthly €10 voucher for medimops.de.
- A monthly €5 voucher for momoxfashion.com.
- Vacation pay and Christmas bonus after one year with the company.
- Company celebrations, including a summer party and a Christmas party.
- Extra benefits for taking on additional responsibilities such as first aid or safety officer duties: either 4 extra days of special leave or a voucher card for many shops.
- Regular fresh fruit at work.
- Access to sports and fitness activities, including events such as the Leipzig company run, football cup, table tennis cup, or LVZ cycling festival.
- A sustainability-minded workplace with measures such as eco-friendly office supplies, double-sided printing, power-saving device settings, and waste separation.
- Opportunities to move between different areas and gain new experience.
- A well-connected location that is reachable in under 12 minutes by S-Bahn via Leipzig Messe station, by bus lines 86, 84, and 82, or by tram line 16.
Equal opportunity note
The company welcomes diverse applicants and encourages people to apply regardless of nationality, background, gender, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation. A willingness to get involved, learn, and grow with the team is what matters most.
Support with the application process
The application process should be accessible to everyone. If any support is needed, candidates are encouraged to reach out.
