Role Overview
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter / HR Generalist. The role covers end-to-end hiring across the organization, with the goal of bringing in high-quality talent that aligns with company values and business needs. In parallel, the position provides day-to-day HR support such as employee relations, onboarding, policy support, and upkeep of employee records. The work involves close coordination with leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth and operational success.
Qualifications
- An Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience handling recruitment and HR generalist responsibilities
- Exposure to multiple sourcing channels, including social media and online job boards
- Solid knowledge of employment regulations and legal compliance requirements
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, along with strong people skills
- Comfort working independently as well as as part of a team
- Good planning, organization, and time management abilities
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and HRIS platforms
- Interest in sports and familiarity with the industry would be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute hiring plans that bring in strong candidates across different functions
- Run the complete recruitment lifecycle, from posting openings and reviewing resumes to interviewing and preparing offers
- Partner with hiring leaders to clarify staffing requirements and improve hiring processes
- Carry out reference verification and background screening for shortlisted candidates
- Refresh job descriptions and maintain postings on the company website and external hiring platforms
- Take part in recruitment drives, job fairs, and related talent acquisition events
- Handle onboarding for new employees, including orientation and required documentation
- Advise managers and staff on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
- Keep employee files and HR documentation current, accurate, and well organized
- Support performance management activities and address employee relations matters when needed
- Track changes in HR practices, employment law, and compliance standards to help keep the organization aligned with requirements
