About the Role

Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a proactive and experienced Recruiter to manage the full hiring lifecycle for both clinical and corporate roles. This remote position involves close collaboration with leadership to attract, engage, and secure top talent across various markets. The ideal candidate excels at active sourcing, building candidate pipelines, and driving successful hiring outcomes, with a primary focus on clinical recruitment but also supporting corporate hiring needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding for clinical and corporate positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings, arrange interviews, extend job offers, and manage pre-employment procedures.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements, plan workforce needs, and prioritize hiring efforts.
  • Take ownership of recruitment activities and hiring results within designated territories or business units.
  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Work alongside the Human Resources department to facilitate a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, and managing pre-employment steps.

Sourcing and Talent Attraction

  • Actively seek out and engage both passive and active candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, professional networks, social media, and other sourcing channels.
  • Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Support employee referral programs, recruitment marketing initiatives, career fairs, and collaborations with educational institutions.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies for challenging-to-fill clinical and corporate roles.

Hiring Strategy and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to operational and corporate leaders.
  • Develop and refine interview guides, assessment questions, and candidate evaluation criteria.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and hiring decisions.
  • Lead intake meetings and provide regular updates on candidate availability, market insights, and recruitment progress.
  • Promote consistency and adherence to recruitment protocols across all assigned areas.

Recruiting Operations and Technology

  • Maintain precise records of candidates and interview feedback within the Workable system.
  • Leverage recruitment technologies and sourcing platforms to enhance hiring efficiency.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and produce reports to inform business strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant employment legislation.

Additional Information

Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000 commensurate with experience, plus additional earning potential through a performance-based bonus program.
