About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Non-IT Recruiter with a minimum of two years of recruitment experience to manage the complete hiring lifecycle for various non-IT sectors. The role involves ensuring timely fulfillment of positions while prioritizing a positive candidate experience. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Bommanahalli, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing through to onboarding.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific client hiring needs.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks to find suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial resume screening and telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Facilitate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage salary negotiations and the offer rollout process.
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout their application journey.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both immediate and future recruitment requirements.
  • Meet established recruitment targets and ensure adherence to turnaround times (TAT).
  • Accurately record and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or relevant databases.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports, providing hiring status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Non-IT recruitment methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in hiring for sectors including BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG, Telecom, Healthcare, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations.
  • Skilled in candidate sourcing using platforms like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities and talent for engaging with candidates.
  • Ability to thrive in a performance-driven, fast-paced work environment.
  • Solid understanding of key recruitment metrics and best practices in hiring.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Non-IT recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.

Additional Information

  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
  • This is a Work From Office position.
  • Location: Bommanahalli, Bengaluru.
