Working within Respite and New Directions services, you will help shape person-centred programmes that encourage inclusion, independence, active citizenship, respect for human rights, and meaningful community involvement.
What the role involves

Programme development
- Support the planning and development of fresh and engaging recreational programmes.
- Carry out assessments and collect relevant information so supports can be tailored to each person.
- Work closely with the Respite and New Directions teams.
- Contribute to service development work and partnership-building initiatives.
Essential requirements

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Good IT ability, including confidence using Microsoft Office.

- Understanding of New Directions and person-centred planning.
- Experience supporting Special Olympics or similar recreational activities.
- Background in advocacy and community networking.
