Key Duties
The receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a welcoming and polished front-desk experience while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Create a warm and memorable first impression for arriving guests
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and related front office tasks efficiently
- Share local recommendations such as dining spots, hidden attractions, and must-see places
- Handle telephone calls, reservation activity, and guest enquiries with professionalism
- Maintain an orderly, presentable reception area
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support room readiness and guest requests
- Provide thoughtful, personalised service that enhances the guest stay
