Job description

Role Overview

As the first point of contact at the hotel, you will help create a welcoming and polished guest experience from arrival through departure. The role is centered on smooth front-desk operations, helpful communication, and making each stay feel personal and memorable.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome arriving guests in a friendly manner and manage the check-in process by confirming details, allocating rooms, handing over keys, and sharing arrival information or arranging bell service support when needed.
  • Handle guest departures efficiently by checking charges, processing payments, generating receipts, and using the POS system accurately.
  • Stay well informed about the hotel’s offerings, room categories, pricing, promotions, and nearby area details so you can answer questions confidently.
  • Recommend hotel facilities and services using upselling techniques to help improve guest satisfaction and support revenue goals.
  • Respond to guest requests, address concerns promptly and thoughtfully, and manage messages and other communications with care.
