Role Overview

The team is looking for a Receptionist to join Park Inn by Radisson, Dubai Motor City in Dubai. Key Responsibilities

  • Help ensure the front office runs efficiently and that every part of the guest journey meets company and property standards.
  • Carry out assigned duties in a prompt, reliable, and professional manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to improve guest comfort and satisfaction, while responding positively to questions and issues.
  • Contribute to front office plans and objectives, taking ownership of the areas assigned to you.
  • Continuously strengthen your knowledge, experience, and skills within the front office environment.
  • Coordinate with the Head of Department to keep inventory in order and support productivity and performance goals.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and communicate effectively with key stakeholders while reflecting company values and culture.
  • Follow all legal, due diligence, and best-practice requirements, ensuring records are properly maintained for audits and any required follow-up is completed.

  • Prior experience working in front office operations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing service conditions.
  • A proactive, hands-on working style.
  • Strong interest in the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks through to completion.
