Role Overview
Pacifica Companies is seeking an experienced Real Estate Project Manager to lead development work from the earliest planning stage through final delivery. This position focuses on coordinating the many moving parts of real estate projects, including collaboration with architects, engineers, contractors, and other partners, while keeping the work aligned with timelines, budgets, quality expectations, and regulatory standards.
The role calls for a professional with a solid background in real estate development, project leadership, and construction, along with hands-on experience in the MH and RV space. The right candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling several projects at once while managing complex execution details.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all phases of real estate project execution.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project participants.
- Keep projects moving according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
- Track and control budgets, timelines, staffing, and other project resources.
- Make sure projects follow applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Build and maintain project records, documentation, and status reports.
- Visit project sites and perform inspections to check progress.
- Spot project risks and issues early and work on suitable mitigation steps.
- Handle contract and agreement discussions with vendors and contractors.
- Share progress updates and key information with stakeholders.
- Run project meetings and coordinate day-to-day project activity.
- Create and update project plans and schedules.
- Manage changes, revisions, and scope variations during execution.
- Support clear collaboration and communication across the project team.
- Guide and support team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Address conflicts and project-related obstacles effectively.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction management, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate development or project management.
- Strong understanding of real estate development workflows and best practices.
- Demonstrated success managing development projects end to end.
- Proven leadership ability and experience guiding teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Comfort using project management software and related tools.
- Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making ability.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
- Well-developed organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
